I love late spring and summer in North Carolina because of all of the wonderful produce it brings! The Durham Farmers Market is an excellent place to pick up fresh, local, and organic ingredients.

Sometimes it is best to keep things simple. Below is a pan-seared grass-fed strip steak from Double R Cattle Services in Hillsborough, local roasted zucchini, yellow squash, and carrot fries, and local oyster mushrooms sauteed in Kerrygold grass-fed butter. Delicious, and on the table in 30 minutes.

It doesn’t get much better than this!
