I believe in creating meals that treat us well, made with ingredients that were treated well. The cost of my service includes organic produce and proteins whenever possible.

My meals are made with organic produce whenever possible (especially leafy greens and the “dirty dozen“). Cooking fats such as olive oil or coconut oil are non-GMO and oftentimes organic. Butter is grass-fed and/or organic. Lard comes from pigs that are pastured and rendered by our local butcher shop. Meats come primarily from local butchers, local farmers, and Whole Foods.
