I value my clients’ health and purchase pastured, grass-fed, and/or organic meat, from local farmers when available. I purchase organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible, and only use high quality cooking fats and oils.

→ Weekly Meal Services

I will come to your home weekly or bi-weekly and cook meals for your family! Save 8+ hours of your week by having me take care of all of the planning, prep, and clean up for you!

Below are the most popular basic packages, but I’m also happy to create packages that best fit you and your family’s needs!

– Three entrees with sides: 3 entrees with side dishes for up to 4 people (12 individual servings) – $225 + cost of groceries

– Four entrees with sides: 4 entrees with side dishes for up to 4 people (16 individual servings) – $255 + cost of groceries

– Five entrees with sides: 5 entrees with side dishes for up to 4 people (20 individual servings) – $290 + cost of groceries

→ Cooking Class

Spend about 3 hours cooking with me and enjoying delicious meals with a few friends! Classes are offered for 1-4 people and can be focused around a specific diet or theme.
$150 for 3 hours + cost of groceries


→ Diet Ramp Up Sessions

Are you starting a new diet and feeling completely overwhelmed? Or, can you only focus on all of the foods you can no longer eat instead of working with the list of foods that you can eat? I offer sessions where I walk clients through their new diet, help them meal plan, and then grocery shop and cook with them to create delicious staple meals that are completely compliant with their diet. These sessions are essentially a coaching session, cooking class, and cooking service all in one. They also include extensive research of my own so that I learn the ins and outs of your diet and recipes that will be compliant. Please contact me for rates.


→ Small Events

I am available to cook for small parties or events, and most clients choose to have meals served family style. Pricing dependent upon the number of entrees prepared and the menu – contact me to discuss.


→ Meal Planning

Looking to start a new diet but not sure what to eat? I am happy to help you compile a listing of recipes and meals that are compliant with your new diet, taste great, and will help nourish you! Weekly meal plan consists of 3-5 breakfasts, lunches, and dinner.
