After our initial consultation, I will create your weekly meal plan. Below is a sample of some of the meals that I have prepared for clients.

Please note that every meal is tailored to fit the client’s diet. For example, those on paleo or low carb may be presented with cauliflower rice instead of white rice, or whipped turnips or cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes.
